Requiq privacy notice

This notice explains how Requiq Ltd (“Requiq”, “we”), registered in England & Wales with company number 16764362, handles personal information collected through requiq.co.uk. We are the data controller. Questions: hello@requiq.co.uk or 0303 330 7070.

What we collect

• Enquiry forms: your name, business name, town or area, phone number, email address, optional monthly enquiry numbers and any message you add.
• Calls and emails: whatever you choose to tell us.
• Website analytics (only if you accept cookies): pages visited, device type and approximate location, collected by Google Analytics. See “Cookies” below.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, check whether your area is available, and talk to you about our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We don’t add you to marketing lists or sell your data.

Who we share it with

These providers process the data on our behalf. If analytics cookies are accepted, Google processes analytics data. We don’t share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and then delete them.

Cookies

We only set analytics cookies if you accept them in the cookie banner. If you reject them, analytics tags are not allowed to store cookies. Your choice is saved in your browser so we don’t ask again.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@requiq.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
