Michael’s story
Michael built his reputation the way this trade respects most: on the road, on the tools and on the P&L. He grew Zero Waste Group from a standing start of £5,000 to £2.5m in revenue in five years, scaling the fleet from one vehicle to fifteen and building a customer base where more than half of all revenue came from repeat business rather than one-off jobs.
Along the way he made the expensive mistakes and learned what creates profitable work, not just busy work. He also brings twelve years of pay-per-click advertising experience.
