£5k to £2.5m in 5 years.
Michael Miller has spent 12+ years in man and van rubbish removal and house clearance. He started a waste business with £5,000 and grew it to £2.5m in revenue in five years, and he’s run PPC for 12 years. He knows a phone call only matters if it turns into the right job, on the right route, at the right price.

Who we work with
Built for small fleets. Not for everyone.
We’re a good fit if you’re…
- Man and van, rubbish removal, waste removal, house clearance or removals businesses
- Owner-operators running 1 to 5 vans
- You hold (or are getting) your waste carrier licence and do the job properly
- You can take on more work, or want better-paying work in place of the cheap stuff
- You want to know which calls turned into booked jobs, not just clicks
We’re not the right fit for…
- Businesses outside the waste, clearance and removals trades
- Anyone after rankings or likes rather than booked jobs
- Businesses in a territory where we already have a client
How it works
Four steps. No guesswork.
- 01
Initial call
A straight conversation to see if we can help and whether we’re a good fit: your vans, your area, what you want next, and whether your territory is still free. If we’re not right for you, we’ll say so.
- 02
Paid consultation
Michael goes through your whole business with you, not just your marketing. You get an audit, the first fixes done, and a written growth plan to grow revenue, not just clicks.
- 03
Implementation
We fix what’s leaking enquiries first: tracking, your profile, your pages, your ad account. Senior people do the work. Nothing gets passed to a junior.
- 04
Growth
Optional monthly support to keep growing: campaigns, local visibility and more calls, measured against booked jobs, with ongoing direct access to Michael.

Not just Google Ads and SEO
Direct access to Michael
Michael has been on this journey himself, from £5k to £2.5m in 5 years. He’s made the mistakes and learned what works. As a client, you get him directly: he goes through your business and builds a growth plan around it.
- Tipping sites you may not know about, and help getting better rates
- A growth plan for your whole business, built by Michael: ways to grow revenue beyond Google Ads and SEO
- Access to nationwide brokers
- Introductions to main contacts at large tipping firms
- Direct access to Michael himself, not an account manager

The advice is never generic. It’s built for this trade, its margins, its routes, and the next stage of the business.
One business per territory
Is your area still available?
We work with one man and van, waste removal or house clearance business per territory: each county in England, six areas of London, and each county in Wales. Once a client has your county, we won’t work with a competitor there.

FAQs
Straight answers
Who do you work with?
Only UK man and van, rubbish removal, waste removal, house clearance and removals businesses, ideally owner-operators running one to five vans. We don’t work in any other industry.
What does it cost?
We don’t publish prices, because every business and territory is different. You start with an initial call to see if we’re a good fit, then a paid consultation with Michael (audit, first fixes and a growth plan), then decide whether you want ongoing monthly support. Call us and we’ll talk it through. You can also model what extra jobs could be worth with our ROI calculator.
What does “one client per territory” mean?
A territory is a county: each ceremonial county in England, six areas of Greater London, and each of the 22 counties and county boroughs in Wales. Once you’re our client in your county, we won’t work with a competing business there on any service. The map on our Check your county page shows which are still free.
Who will actually do the work?
Senior specialists, every time: Michael (founder), Marc (SEO), Andy (Google Ads), Glyn (web) and Abi (design and UX). Every one of them has years of experience in the waste industry. Nothing is handed to a junior.
Do I own my Google Ads account?
Yes. You always own your Google Ads account. We work through access you grant us, so your history and data stay with your business.
Do you lock clients into long contracts?
No. After the consultation, the monthly retainer is optional. We’d rather you stay because the work is paying off.
One business per territory
Is your area still available?
We only work with one man and van or waste business in each area, so we never end up bidding against our own clients. Tell us where you work and we’ll tell you, honestly, whether your patch is free.
- A quick initial call to see if we’re a good fit
- Paid consultation with Michael: an audit, the first fixes, and a growth plan
- Optional monthly growth support after that, no long lock-in
- Your area held for 21 days once we confirm it’s free
